I have a vast array of experience, including primary care, urgent care, and emergency room oversight, as well as hormone replacement, thyroid optimization, medical weight loss, and wound repair as a nurse practitioner.

Before becoming an NP, I worked as a CNA in skilled nursing facilities and at Swedish Medical Center. As an LPN, I provided inpatient and outpatient hospice care and worked in correctional care. As an RN, I began my career at Denver Health, specializing in eating disorders, trauma, medical/surgical care, and bariatric patients. These experiences deepened my passion for patient advocacy, ultimately leading me to become a nurse practitioner.

I hold certifications in family medicine, wound care and excisional debridement, migraine mitigation, and cosmetic neurotoxin techniques. I have also completed additional training in hormone management, medical weight loss, and thyroid optimization.

I earned a post-master’s certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Herzing University and a master’s degree in nursing leadership and management from Western Governors University. My nursing education began at Arapahoe Community College.

After graduation, I worked in a rural setting in La Junta, where I loved making healthcare accessible to underserved populations. Working in smaller communities allowed me to serve multiple generations and see my patients thrive through different life stages.

Elevated Wellness came to fruition in December 2022 and has grown into a true passion.
